Lesson #2: “Reflect on your day, every day, to make tomorrow a better day.”

How you see you affects everything. Reflecting on your day, start with the end in mind. Go back to your intended vision of yourself. Get clear. Ask yourself, “Did my day lead me closer or further from there?”

It is one thing to have no “idea” what the future holds. It is another thing to have a fantasy that has no anchor in reality of what the future holds. Begin your thought process with ideas that make you feel excited to live them out. Vocalize the ideas in a present tense view point, first person. Think of looking at your self through a window.

Start with: “In five years, I see myself _________________ and I feel _________________ and I am surrounded by ______________ and _______________________. My job is _____________ and I live _________________.”
